The Effects - and How to Mitigate Them

Let’s review the problems associated with all the preceding areas and see how they add up to devastate human health.

In each area, I’ll offer advice to try to mitigate these effects to the best of my knowledge and ability.

If you’re a budding entrepreneur, please note that there are highly ethical opportunities in almost all of these areas. So put your thinking caps on. With the right product, you can not only make a comfortable living - you’ll be helping humanity itself.

And I’ll explain why this could be absolutely vital to your destiny in the next couple of pages.

1. Food:

You are what you eat. And if you eat most supermarket foods - including those labelled organic - and ALL junk food, these are the potential problems.

Immune system damage, cancers, breast cancer, prostate cancer, reproductive organ cancers, infertility, reproduction problems, DNA damage, birth defects, infant deaths, low birth weight, permanent foetal damage, recurrent miscarriage, mineral and vitamin deficiencies, GMO foods need more pesticides and herbicides, gastrointestinal diseases, hyperactivity, asthma, skin disorders, hypertension, headaches, Alzheimer's, Parkinsonism, blood thickening, arsenic poisoning, brain tumours, insanity, blindness, deafness, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, retardation, lymphoma, fibromyalgia, diabetes, death, heart disease, systemic heavy metal poisoning, heart attacks, clogged arteries, premature puberty, degenerative brain diseases, behavioural changes in children, insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian disease, renal failure, leukemia, bone marrow damage, red blood cell depletion, mitochondrial destruction, obesity, elevated triglycerides and LDL, liver disease, arthritis, gout, stroke.

What you can do:
  • Stop eating junk food.
  • Stop eating processed and canned foods, except in emergencies.
  • Consider a vegan or paleo diet.
  • If you eat meat, seek out grass-fed organic meats.
  • Organic coconut oil is best for cooking, and olive oil should only be used cold. Always try to eat organic unrefined oils and fats.
  • Join a food club that buys from local organic farms in your area - check online, or start one yourself. Your local alternative health practitioner/shop may be of help.
  • Never use a microwave oven - they destroy any nutrients left in our fake food and they leak cancer-causing radiation.
  • Don’t use aluminium cookware and non-stick pans. Ceramic, enamel, or stainless steel are best.
  • Avoid all soda drinks like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, or Fanta. Don’t drink ready-made juices - make your own fresh juice instead. Drink coconut or rice milk (NOT pasteurised cow milk and soya milk). If you must drink cows’ milk, try to find a source of raw milk (may be difficult due to increased farmer harassment by the FDA).

2. Water:

You are about 75% water. And if you drink most tap or bottled waters, these are the potential problems.

Immune system damage, cancers, breast cancer, bone cancers, infertility, reproduction problems, birth defects, foetal development problems, low birth IQ, impaired adult and teen intellect, nervous system development impairment in children, learning and behavioural problems, hypothyroidism, hormonal disruptions, premature puberty, Down Syndrome, osteoporosis, bone fractures, Alzheimer's, allergies, dental fluorosis, arthritis, endocrine system damage, increased lead absorption, calcification of the pineal gland, melatonin and serotonin production damage, hardening of arteries, insanity, coma, seizures, death, memory loss, mood swings, nerve disorders, joint problems, muscle disorders, cardiovascular problems, skeletal diseases, cellular oxygen depletion.

What you can do:
  • Stop drinking tap or bottled water and buy a water distillation system or countertop distiller.
  • If you can’t afford a whole-home system, consider using washcloths with distilled water heated on the stove and plain unperfumed soap rather than showering or bathing.
  • If you must shower, buy a chlorine filtered shower nozzle and limit your use of water to wetting down and rinsing off.
  • Wash all food in distilled water - you can leave fruit and vegetables to soak for 15 minutes in lukewarm distilled water with a capful or two of hydrogen peroxide, then use a vegetable brush.
  • If you must use plastic water containers, make sure they’re BPA-free. But glass is best.

3. Air:

We all have to breathe. But if you don’t take precautions, these are the potential problems.

Immune system damage, vitamin D3 production disruption, oxygen deficiency.

What you can do:
  • Consider wearing a particulate mask while outdoors. So what if you get funny looks? They’re all the rage in Tokyo.
  • Wear a washable plastic hat or hood outdoors.
  • Look up - watch the sky for aerosol trails and limit outdoor exposure accordingly.

4. Drugs:

Far too many drugs don’t work, and those that do only work for about 30-50%% of people. ALL have side effects. If you continue to take them, these are the potential problems.

Drugs can cause just about every medical condition known to man, including death - just read the list of side effects on the insert leaflet of any prescribed medication, then multiply it by the number of medications on the market. Psychotropic drugs can cause immune system damage, stillbirths, low birth weights, birth defects, newborn infant drug dependency, dopamine receptor damage, suicidal ideation, murder ideation, akathisia, panic disorder, sleep disturbance, erectile disfunction, breast growth in men, memory impairment, brain fog, confusion, visual problems, loss of appetite, stomach pain, constipation, increased frequency of urination, depression. Antibiotics cause immune system damage and can lead to fatal liver damage. Biphosphonates can cause spontaneous femur fractures, oesophageal problems (including cancer), nausea, vomiting, and other problems. Vaccines can cause autism, Alzheimer’s, and other serious diseases. And they can kill.

What you can do:
  • Switch to a naturopathic doctor or a homeopath and consider substituting natural medicine for all ailments if possible. Remember, for every disease there’s a natural cure.
  • Carefully reconsider taking any vaccines whatsoever in adulthood.
  • Carefully reconsider vaccinations for your children.
  • Never take part in any drug trials.
  • If you’re under the “care” of a psychiatrist or analyst, consider this: the answer to your problems lies within you, not in a pill bottle. Take up gardening or join a gym - the best cure for depression is physical work. I know this from personal experience.
  • Consider energy medicine: you will shortly find out that it can cure every disease under the sun - for yourself, your children, and your pets (I’ll explain how on later pages).

5. Light:

You’ve been kept in the dark about light. These are the potential problems when sunlight and domestic lighting is tampered with.

Immune system damage, lymphatic system sluggishness, ultraviolet radiation damage, migraines, lack of energy and vitality, digestive and pancreatic problems, bowel problems, spleen problems, depression.

What you can do:
  • Consider buying a safe tanning bed for adequate Vitamin D3 production all year round. Several different types are available from Dr. Mercola’s website.
  • Remove all CFL bulbs and dispose of them safely (remember they contain mercury). Replace with incandescent bulbs if you can find them, LED or halogen bulbs if you can’t.
  • Investigate the possibility of gas or oil home lighting systems - but make sure they’re absolutely safe.

6. EMFs:

We’ve been consistently lied to about the health effects of certain kinds of energy. If we don’t take action, here’s what can happen.

Immune system damage, brain tumours, breast cancer in men and women, other cancers, leukemia, DNA damage, birth defects, miscarriages, infertility, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, heart problems, cataracts, auditory nerve damage, saliva gland damage, headaches, chest pain, blood/brain barrier damage, brain fog, memory loss, early-onset Alzheimer's, nausea, decreased bone density, stress, disturbed sleep patterns, cell growth disturbances, Lou Gehrig's Disease, neurodegenerative diseases, ADHD, suicide ideation, dementia, oxidative stress.

What you can do:
  • If you’re stuck with a Smart Meter, sleep at least 15 feet away from it (or as far away as you can possibly can).
  • Check your home for dirty electricity and use filters if you find it.
  • Don’t use a microwave oven - they’re illegal in Russia for a good reason.
  • Don’t use an electric blanket - buy a thicker duvet.
  • Consider air drying your hair after shampooing.
  • Men should consider moving to wet shaving.
  • Don’t use bedside electric alarms clocks - replace with an old-fashioned wind-up model.
  • Consider replacing home computer wi-fi networks with a wired Ethernet network. If you use an iPhone or an iPad, you’ll need to fire up the wi-fi every time you want internet connectivity on it - but turn it off when you’re finished.
  • Consider replacing your home portable phone with an old-fashioned wired model.
  • Turn off all transformers not in use.
  • Unplug all electrical devices when not in use and before going to bed.
  • Carefully reconsider your use of mobile phones - you managed your whole life without them before they became common. If you must use one, try to keep it as far from your skin as possible when turned on. Use its speakerphone on calls indoors, and a Blue Tube headset or ferrite beads outdoors.

7. Textiles:

Pesticide-producing cotton and hi-tech fabrics that monitor us? These are the potential problems.

Immune system damage, cancers, sterility, spontaneous abortion, stillbirths, nerve cell damage, behavioural problems, memory impairment, depression, paralysis, death.

What you can do:
  • Buy organic cotton - it’s not that much more expensive.
  • Don’t buy any clothing with plasticised transfers or logos.
  • Consider alternative fabrics like linen or hemp (illegal in the US thanks to the Rockefellers).
  • Avoid so-called Smart Textiles like the plague.

8. Personal & Home Care:

We all want to be clean and look our best. But if we remain in ignorance about what we’re putting on our skin, these are the potential problems.

Immune system damage, cancers, breast cancer, birth defects, male infant genital deformities, adult make sperm motility reduction, DNA damage, reproductive system damage, learning disabilities, skin problems, lead poisoning, heart disease, memory loss, depression, oestrogen mimicking, brain damage, hormonal disruptions, asthma, allergies, nervous system damage, cell mutations, follicular corrosion, hair loss, heavy metal poisoning, blindness.

What you can do:
  • Seek out organic personal and home care products (including make-up and scents) and check the ingredients with Google - if you can’t pronounce it, it’s probably not good for you.
  • Reconsider your used of fragranced soaps and bath/shower products. Plain soap is best.
  • For home cleaning, use what your grandmother used - plain bleaches, white vinegar, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide.
  • Don’t use any artificial air fresheners - natural potpourri lasts longer, smells nicer, and it’s much cheaper. Or make them yourself.

9. Direct Input:

Think this can’t affect you? Think again. These are the potential problems.

What you can do:
  • Stay away from hypnotists!
  • Turn off your TV and radio.
Take it from me: the vast majority of all commercials are attempts at subconscious persuasion - this is essentially mind control.

10. Information:

What you get from media is essentially anaesthesia, fear-mongering, and lies. And these are the potential problems..

Immune system damage, lowering of IQ, lethargy, obesity, depression, stress, general ill health.

What you can do:
  • Turn off your TV.
  • Turn off your radio.
  • Don’t buy any newspapers or magazines.
  • Get your news and entertainment from independent and unbiased internet sources - I give some trustworthy sources on later pages. “The Huffington Post” can also be trusted. US edition. UK edition. Canadian edition (Quebec). French edition. Spanish edition. Rule of thumb - if it’s important news, try to check it against another independent source.
  • Get to know your neighbours - you’ll see why this is so important in the next few pages.

But I really must stress one thing:

Because of what you’re about to read in the next few pages, you absolutely MUST start taking control of your own destiny.

I’ll be here to help in any way I can but because of the nature of this information, there are going to be questions I simply won’t be able to answer. I strenuously encourage you all to seek out answers to these questions for yourselves.

Knowledge is power, and it must now quickly devolve from centrality to locality.

So now, at last, you know - from the moment of conception, your entire life has been very carefully designed to give you immune system damage, all kinds of cancers, DNA damage, reproduction and fertility problems, birth defects, low IQ - all sorts of horrible and debilitating illnesses.
