This sub-gallery contains images of 12 out of thousands of plugs and their contents from my skin almost three weeks into the mustard and internal borax regimens. They're no longer pale green - but blackened. The first was ejected from my back during a mustard body wash. The rest were taken from other skin sites after a mustard body lotion application.
